Terms & Conditions — qd111 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

01.General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between qd111 (referred to herein as "qd111", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the qd111 website located at qd111.bet and all associated services, products, games, and promotional features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the qd111 platform, you acknowledge and confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 02 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide to qd111 during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with qd111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding relationship between the Player and qd111. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

qd111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02.Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the qd111 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout a player's use of the platform:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent points during your use of qd111. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. qd111 operates a strict 18+ only policy across its entire platform, including the sportsbook, casino, and slots sections.

Residency & Jurisdiction

qd111 is operated for and marketed to players based in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their specific location. qd111 does not warrant the legality of accessing the platform from any jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any player who accesses qd111 from a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

Additional Eligibility Conditions

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of qd111 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by qd111 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• You must be acting exclusively on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or legal entity;
• You must not have had a previous qd111 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

qd111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe specified by qd111 support may result in account suspension pending verification.

03.Account Registration & Security

To access qd111's full range of features — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and promotions — players are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires the submission of accurate personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account with qd111 at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed, all associated balances forfeited, and the primary account may be permanently suspended.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. qd111 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• You must notify qd111 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your qd111 account, regardless of your relationship with that individual;
• You must ensure your registered email address remains valid and accessible, as it is the primary communication channel for account-related notifications.

KYC Verification

qd111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (e.g., National ID card, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time deemed appropriate by qd111's compliance team. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and current. Processing of KYC submissions typically occurs within 2–3 business days.

04.Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

qd111 operates a Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) native wallet. All financial transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and wagering — are denominated in BDT. qd111 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits

Deposits to a qd111 account are processed in real time for all supported mobile financial services. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the issuing bank's internal processes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. qd111 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which qd111 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by qd111 within 2 hours on average for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless approved otherwise by qd111 support;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000;
• qd111 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Funds deposited via promotional or bonus channels may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). qd111 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

05.Bonuses & Promotions

qd111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified qd111 account;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%;
• qd111 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Bonus expiry periods are specified in individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

qd111 regularly offers promotions aligned to the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid deposit bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spins, BPL season enhanced cricket odds, and Victory Day reload offers. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus conditions outlined above unless their specific terms state otherwise. 06.Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports betting, casino games, and other wagering activities on qd111 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of this Agreement.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. qd111 reserves the right to correct any odds that are published due to a technical error;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time without prior notice;
• qd111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of placement, where there is evidence of match-fixing, or where a clear pricing error has occurred;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement;
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Cricket Betting page.

Casino & Slots

• All casino games use certified RNG technology supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi;
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published within the game's information panel;
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live session, the outcome will be determined by the game server's last confirmed state. qd111 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's end;
• qd111 reserves the right to void rounds where a technical malfunction has materially affected the outcome or the odds of the game.

07.Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another player's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund a qd111 account;
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any form of fraud using the qd111 platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in qd111's platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with qd111 outside of normal player behaviour;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live casino environments;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with qd111's software, algorithms, or security systems;
• Using VPNs, proxy services, or other technical measures to circumvent geographic or account restrictions applied by qd111.

08.Account Suspension & Closure

qd111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Account identified as belonging to an individual under the age of 18;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider;
• Legal or regulatory requirement.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting qd111 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, qd111 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining account balance (subject to standard KYC and verification requirements) and close the account within 5 business days. Accounts closed voluntarily with a zero balance may be reopened upon request, subject to identity verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent lifetime exclusion. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened during the active exclusion period under any circumstances. 09.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qd111 shall not be liable to any player for any of the following types of loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the qd111 platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond qd111's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials;
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the qd111 platform.

qd111's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit qd111's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by qd111's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10.Amendments to These Terms

qd111 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, updates to platform functionality, changes in payment processing arrangements, or improvements to player protection measures.

When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, qd111 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document;
• Send a notification to all registered players via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect;
• Display a prominent notice on the qd111 platform homepage for at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms & Conditions, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the qd111 platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at qd111.bet/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and qd111 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
